Book Title:

 Elf Quest: WolfRider

Author:

Wendy and Richard Pini

Reviewer:

 Ra’shema Murphy

Summary:

This book is about a tribe striving to keep their land free from humans. These acts turn into violent rage between the elves and the humans. In one part of the book the humans kill Cutter’s parents. Cutter was just born when this occurred but the tribe treated him like one of their cubs. The book is just like the Native Americans and the white man. It shows how violence and rage grows in the youth. After Cutter’s parents died, he hated those he thought killed his parents. The book shows you that pain does not heal easily or quickly.

Opinion:

I would recommend this book because, I think it represents us in a sense. When pain is brought on us we do not heal; we feel hate and rage. I think the book symbolizes humans and how we think and react in situations that act upon us.
